It is now very important, more than ever to verify your sales contact.
If they give you heat, find out the listed e-mail and have them e-mail from that listed e-mail on the heatpage, same with the ebay accounts, have them e-mail you from the listed e-mail for the account.
Make sure users give you real names and phone #'s for contact reasons as well.
Take steps to prevent someone from trying to trick you.
And if your on the recieving end of someone else asking, dont take offense to it, its nothing against you, just someone else being safe.
