Taking base off Westinghouse 37"

Anyone know how to do this? Can't seem to figure out how to remove the darned thing.

I have my W1 wall mounted so I took the base off on that. It should just be the 4 screws in the middle of the base. I think it has 4 screws on around the sides of the base that just hold the front part to the back part. Not sure about the W3 as I haven't seen the back of one.
