First off, I know jack shit about tablets. I don't own one or ever plan to own one. That said, I would like to buy a tablet for someone as a gift. The catch is that they only speak, read and write Chinese. Which tablets out there support a full Chinese GUI, if any?

It's an option to have them ship in english, so I assume their native language is Chinese. I'm not sure of the dialect, but I'm sure it can be figured out easily.
