t430 screen upgrade?

Hi.
I have a Thinkpad T430 2349-C62 and i am pretty tired of that 1368 x 768 resolution, so i would like to know if it is possible to "upgrade" the screen to a 1600x900 (https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/IBM-Lenovo/THINKPAD~T430~SERIES/) ?

You need to check if your display cable supports 2 LVDS channels, see if it has a 40 pin connector and if it's missing a large number of cables to the pins (around 10) if it only has 1-3 unpopulated pins on the cable then it's good to go.
