T260HD - Buy or no?

I'm thinking about buying a new monitor, and I was seriously considering the Samsung T260HD at Amazon.

I currently have an HP 2207 that I'm selling to my friend. I play PC games as well as PS3. I've noticed some concerns about input lag; are those valid?

My price range is just around $450. Is there anything else I should consider? Is the T260HD a good choice?
