going to upgrade my system :

From
MSI K8N Neo4 Plat. (PCB 1.0)
A64 3500+ Winny / 9500 LED
MSI 6800NU 256 / Vf 700 Cu
2Gb premium OCZ PC3200 cas 2.5 (4*512)
Win XP pro

to
Asus P5B-VM green
C2D 4300 Allandale / 9700 nVIDIA edition
[ Brand ] 8600 GT/Ultra with HDMI port. / Vf 900 Cu
2Gb OCZ3SE8002GK cas 5 (2*1024)
Win Xp MCE 2005

The idea is that this will be my gaming PC for a few months to a year. When i upgrade then it'll serve as a HTPC ( thats wht i picked mATX and HDMI ). 2Gb is for Gaming ( dahh.. ) and Vista Home Premium Update when vista's stable. Is this a good upgrade plan or am i missing something? It'd cost me about € 700 wich is quite okay i guess..I'll keet my current Hd's, PSU, Case etc... the 4300 will be OC'ed for gaming, will be stock for HTPC purpose.

Ps. how much do you think i'd still get for the outdated hardware? €200? €150? or am i THAT naive? :D
