System upgrade need some help

I have the system shown in my signature and I have had nothing but problems with my DS3/7950gx2 set up. I have swapped every part and they all work fine in other machines. At this point I am thinking of getting a E6600 to replace the E6300 and a new motherboard. My son will be getting the E6300 and DS3 MOBO in his new rig. According to Gigabyte, the 7950gx2 works with the DS3, but not 100%. Thus they have no answers for me. I am thinking of a Gigabyte DQ6 since it shows that it is compatable with the 7950GX2. I would like some input on a good MOBO to replace my existing one. Yes, I will want to OC to about 3.3-3.6ghz.
