System turning off after start-up.

Today I swapped out my Zalman 7000AlCu for the stock cooler, on my AXP 2800+.

After POST, the computer turns off.
I try again, nothing happens. I fiddle around, and eventually it turns back on.

At the "Choose Last Known Good Config, etc" screen, I select Start Windows normally.

Turns off.

More fiddling, reseat the CPU, and HSF. Turn on, lasts to the login screen, then turns off.

There's a LAN party on Thurs. and I need it fixed by then.
(No, I cannot switch back to the 7000AlCu, I sold it. I have Watercooling gear, just no waterblocks)

Help?
 
This thing is a bitch to turn back on right now.
(I'm using a different PC)

When I said I fiddled, I meant a lot of fiddling.
Unplugged the PSU, then hit the power button. (I read that it helped somewhere)
Turned off the PSU while plugged in > power

Every possible combo.
It seems to turn on at random.
When everything is hooked up right.
