System Restore Question (QUICK! HELP!)

I want to restore my computer to a couple weeks ago; but I dont wanna lose the MP3's I have gotten since then (over 1,000, 7000+ TOTAL). If I run a system restore, will I lose ALL my mp3's that I acquired AFTER the restore date, or will they be safe?

Would it be wise to put them on my Slave HD, restore , Then copy them back?

I dont think files like that usually get deleted. However, if you wont be able to continue living without those MP3s you should probably play it safe and back them up somewhere.
 
System restore only restores shit like the registry and important files. It won't wipe out your mp3's.
