ok, i just put my system together, got the os in the mail yesterday, installed it and whenever i go to install a game, or a program my system either restarts or gives me an odd error like "error reading languge.cab"(that only happens when trying to install Command and Conquer Generals) i think it is because i don't have enough power.... 350w psu.... i have a cooler master jet heat sink and fan thing ati 9800pro p4 3.0c 1gig of mushkin and my other stuff, can someone help!?!:confused:
 
everything is stock, whenever i put loads or turn the cpu fan up it restarts, im thinking its a power issue, i've also been getting very weird error while installing C&C generals, it might be ram, do you know any memtest sites to where i can test my memory? im almost positive its the psu, i just wanted to get some feedback before i went out and bought a new one
