System Resources Fubared?

Going through my active proccesses, and I've noticed some questionable material.


I've noticed that I have 6 or 7 instances of svchost.exe running, As System, Local and Network services. Taking up between 20megs and 3megs of RAM.

I don't recall having more then 5 the last time i checked this shit.


And, msnmsgr.exe, I know this is MSN Messenger, its pretty obvious.


What is my concern however, is that its taking about...94megs of my ram to run.


And I don't htink thats normal?


This is all on a clean system right after a shutdown and restart.



My system used to boot and take about...160-180megs of ram at start. right now its taking about 250.
