I built this computer about a year ago, didn't have this problem as much back when i built it.

But for few months now, whenever I will be using my earphones since its plugged into the front panel, and I would move, the entire computer resets. It leaves my keyboard's backlight flickering non-stop.

I got two different I/O panel replacements. Second one completely redesigned, which had a grounding cable. I screwed this cable to the hard drive cage into one of the HDDs.

I just installed it two hours ago, it hadn't reset since. but just few minutes ago I had my earphones on and leaned back in my chair and the computer reset and again leaving my keyboard flickering.

I heard quick static noise in my earphones just before the reset. I have built the computer 4 times, hoping it will fix this. But it hasn't. What can I do to fix this?

sounds like the headset or audio hardware (sound card or on motherboard) is bad. I had a cheap sound card do that once. If you are using onboard sound, try a different headset. If that doesn't work, replace motherboard.

I had replaced my motherboard awhile ago for another reason. And it did the same thing on the old motherboard. I'm gonna try using a different headset but it also happens when I plug something in, in the front panel
