My grandma, who really has never used a computer before, wants me to build her a computer.
She really will only use it for web and email, so she doesn't need anything fancy.
I was thinking maybe a low end P4 or Celeron, 20GB hard drive, 256 MB RAM, basic video and sound card, a basic case and PS, CD and Floppy drives, I have some monitors, mice, and keyboards I can give her. Anyone have any other suggestions, and also what are some good places to buy components? I usually go to MicroCenter, they always have what I need for networking stuff, but I haven't checked them on price for components. I would prefer to go to a store instead of ordering online if possible.

A Celeron or an AthlonXP would do nicely for her and be cheap. Newegg is the best place online to buy stuff from.
 
Seems like you have the components spec'd out ok, just a thought tho.... I've built a few PCs for family and friends and have stopped doing it due to the fact that I then become the sole contact for tech support or any other problem for that matter. If you were to get her a cheap dell (you can pick one up for less than $500) she has a warranty and a company to call and could ease some of your burden later on... but if you wanna help granny out, go w/ what you were thinking, online I always shop at newegg.com or zipzoomfly.com
 
what are some brands/models of all in one motherboards? I am assuming you mean one that has sound, video, LAN, etc. built in.
what size power supply would be enough for this?
