system rebooting every few hours

System in my rig. I haven't used it in a while as I'm staying with my fiances family. Plugged it in today and it has restarted twice already in the last 5 hours. I have only been browsing the web. I'm guessing power supply but I don't have a spare to test. Is this the mostly likely cause or is their anything else I can try.
 
Check the event log to see if anything happens just before the reboot.
 
I was going to say to check the event viewer also. If nothing shows up in there then I would remove all overclocks temporarily to see if it changes anything.
 
The two critical errors are both kernal-power.

Memtest86+ 5.01 is good. For any of the versions of memtest, please turn off "USB legacy support" (may be found as "Legacy USB") in the BIOS before running the test, because many motherboards have a bug that make it crash Memtest.

Yes, you'll need to boot from a USB stick, because this rules out any OS or software issue. It should take about 45 minutes or so for each pass of Memtest, and you should try and let it run for at least 3 passes. If the RAM is bad, Memtest should show errors on the first pass, sometimes almost immediately, sometimes not until nearly the end. If Memtest only shows errors every second or third pass, update your motherboard's BIOS.

If the PC reboots while running Memtest with USB Legacy off, I would try replacing the PSU. Newegg has the Corsair CX430 for only $23 after rebate, and the Corsair CX500 for only $25 after rebate if money is an issue.
 
Tell Windows not to restart on critical errors.
 
Also, try disabling sleep/hibernate functions and see if that doesn't change anything.
