System image cloning

Hi, I'm part of a small business that does pc builds. Mostly single orders, but now as we expand we are getting orders of 10-50 systems at a time. At the moment each one has windows + drivers + some settings tweaked in windows individually. It's not overly painful but an easier alternative would be to do one and clone it to the other machines on the order. Does anyone have any suggestions what could be used to accomplish this? Would Acronis True Image be suitable?

This is very operation system specific.

I use acronis for this, for windows xp and now windows 7.

The only thing I don't really like about acronis is it's nic support is always lagging behind. So I have to end up resorting to some nice usb2/3 sticks to backup/restore to on newer systems, till the support is added.
