System clock too fast?

This just started yesterday. For some reason, my system clock is running about 1.2x normal speed. You can tell it's off just by watching the seconds pass in the date/time properties. Any ideas about what could be causing this? I'm on the system below, currently not overclocked.
 
I had this problem when I was running kazaa, when I uninstalled it (and the adware that came along for the ride) it seemed to work fine.
 
hmm, thanks for the tip. had kazaa on yesterday for the first time in a while, so that could be it.
