Sysprep limits?

Are there some sort of limits on the number of times that sysprep can be run against the same install of windows?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that there was a limit of 3 times, but I can't seem to find anything that verifies this...

You can sysprep a box unlimited times, but you can only reset activation 3 times. If you don't want to reset activation, for testing purposes you can select the Don't reset grace period for activation, or use the -activated switch.
