Sysprep image with Intel Matrix controller

Anyone ever get something similar to work? We have a number of Precision 380 workstations with said Raid, but I can't seem to shoe horn in the Raid driver in a sysprepped image before it bluescreens on me. Ideas?

You can use a non-RAID mode to image the drive, then use the Intel Matrix application to make the switch to dynamically to RAID mode after the machine is up and running...

How? I found some things to look at but it looks like I'm going to have to redo sysprep and the image itself due in large part that the clowns that put it together did such a hack job on it. For the moment, it appears that I may just do a regular image and run NewSID from sysinternals just to get it going...but I'm going to need to fix it for the future.
