synchronizing outlook calendars question....

In a office lan situation about 7 computers using outlook 2013 anyone know a way or cheapest program to have all outlook calendars synchronize with each other? Thanks
 
Theres no exchange and the emails are thier company realtor such as whatever@remaxsr.com

Not sure if they are nation wide relator company if you heard of them buts its Remax superstar something like that. Thanks
 
Just start using google calender which synces with smartphones and everything else.

I think the feature you are looking for is not provided by Outlook but by server side (e.g. Microsoft Exchange server or simply Gmail server). Which system are you currently using?
