Synchronizing GroupWise with Outlook?

So here's my situation:

Just started a new job, and they use Novell GroupWise for email and calendars.

I use a Yahoo account for personal use, and actually did the $20 a year thing so I can easily use Outlook to retrieve it (mainly so I can use Outlook's calendar).

So is there a way I can synchronize everything somehow? Like retrieve both my work email and Yahoo email into Outlook at home, and combine both calendars, etc.

Maybe it's not possible, but I had to at least ask. Thanks a lot for any help.
