Is there an app that allows you to sync programs between 2 Windows installs? (I have Vista and Win7 on 2 different hard drives, and need some way to keep certain folders under AppData synched, if not the entire programs)

I'm sure I could find some app that just syncs folders (btw, can anyone point out some good ones?), but I want to know if there's something specifically designed to keep programs synced between 2 computers.

I use Microsoft SyncToy for syncing across two servers but it works locally as well. It doesn't have a built-in scheduler but if you Google "schedule SyncToy" there are some very simple guides that walk you through setting it up with Windows Task Scheduler.

Not designed for your purpose exactly, but I bet it would work.

I would also suggest taking a look at SyncToy. It's pretty good. I've used it to setup sync of MyDocs, etc between WindowsXP and Windows7 on a dual-boot system. Worked well for me.
