There is someone in my company that has used Syncback in the past without issue. He recently had a computer swap, and now Syncback will not burn anything to DVD. I don't remember the exact error, but basically, it seems like the computer is blocking Syncback from burning anything based on rights restrictions. I tried making the user an admin, and running Syncback as an admin, but that didn't fix the issue.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue, or much experience with this software? He even tried upgrading to the latest (free) version, and that didn't help. Is there a way to create a profile for the software to make the computer think the software has admin privileges?
