I think this belongs here, the Mobile Computing forum seems to be for laptops only.
My friend has a Palm Treo 650 that he would like to connect to his laptop and sync with. I installed the software, and the initial synchronization worked perfect. Mind you, he is not synching it with Outlook, he is using the default software.
Now, when he reboots the laptop and tries later, the sync fails. Once again, I reinstalled everything, and the sync works initially, but won't work after reboot.
Any ideas as to why the sync software won't work after the laptop has been rebooted?
