Sync contacts/calendars in Exchange 2007

After messing around with Exchange I was wondering about syncing calendars & contacts. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a calendar/contact list tied to my mailbox in which any changes to it would sync with all parts of Exchange (ActiveSync for iPhone, Outlook Web Access). For example say I add an appointment to my calendar in outlook 2007, I want to be able to see that newly added appointment via Outlook Web Access. Is this possible?

That's the way it works out of the box. All of your devices (OWA, Phone, PC) are just accessing data that is stored on the server. At most, they have a cached copy. Whenever you update a piece of data, it is saved on the server. No matter where you are viewing the data, it will always be in sync.
