symantec corporate antivirus ERROR LU1847

Error: "LU1847: LiveUpdate could not determine if there is an update for this product because the update list for this product list is corrupted"

does any one know how to resolve this problem? i've tryed to do what symantec's page said, but didn't revolve.

You said you already tried this one ?
What version are you talking about? Is this a managed client?
I've found re-copying grc.dat to the client fixes most issues in a managed evironment.
