Sylvania 17" Diffused?

Hooked up an older (2001 Manu. Date) Sylvania 17" LCD as my second. In some spots its fuzzy, the colors are off (It seems yellow) as well as a diffused look on it. It seems to have a 'frosted' look, kind of like a light opacity overlay.

Think its just the LCD getting old?
