Hello, I've always owned CRTs and have never purchased an LCD before. I'm currently using this monitor:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824133165

I absolutely love this CRT, the only thing I've started to dislike is that it is not widescreen. Sometimes I like to view HD movies on my PC, but on this monitor the image is very small.

Price is not a big issue as long as the cost is justified. I'd like the response and image quality to be as close to a CRT if possible. I've been researching LCD monitors for 2 days and I find myself pulling my hair out because, apparently, they're all terrible in some way. I've come to this forum because it seems a lot of discussion about PC displays goes on here and hope someone is able to help me.

I do play FPS games and I do a little bit of photoshop/office work, but not much. It's mostly games and surfing when I'm on my PC.

Thanks
