switching to hyper-v from esxi

looking for the easiest way to convert my VMs... mainly doing the switch because it'll greatly simplify our maintenance of virtualized servers... we really don't need the performance increases associated with ESXi, and with how low-volume we are it really was overkill..


so... how do i get my VMs from ESXi to hyper-v easily and quickly?
