switching mobo + WC

I have a DFI ultra d and was planning on selling my cpu, ram and mobo to go to conroe. I realized that my gfx probably wont be in the same place as it was before so the length of the tubing will be off. Will I just have to empty and cut a different length? Are there any hidden problems I dont konw about with this?
 
just wanted to make sure there are no hidden complications

Also, i dont want to make another thread so here it goes:

if i did get conroe, would it be worth it to upgrade to a thermoeletric block?
 
i personally dont think its worth it, juss stick with wat ya got ;)

Yep, pretty much just have to drain the loop and run the new tubing.

Unless your going for some series overclocking i dont think tec blocks are worth it. You would have to prep the system to avoid condensation as well as have a powerful psu to run the tec's effectively. Plus its only as good as how efficient your loop is at removing heat generated by the hot side of the plate. Would look into phase change instead if your going the sub-ambient route.
