i am writing a program and i need it each time i make a choice i want it to go back to the menu, how do i tell it to return back to the menu to make a change, i only exit with an exit(0) in the menu, please help me

...And along with it, could you please provide more detail about the problem at hand? I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to accomplish, so when you post your code sample, try to explain what you're trying to have happen.
 
It sounds like you want a loop.

Googling "replace_this_with_your_language control structures" would probably be a solid start.
 
If you're learning a language in class, I recommend you buy a book on said language. That will give you a massive advantage over the other students. Speak to your teacher for recommendations, as they're probably following a book themselves.
