Was looking at the Swiftech Peltier and was wondering if it was any good/worth the investment? Currently running a water cooled Swiftech RadBox system and it seems to be preforming nicely and can hover around the 4.0ghz range but was thinking what it would take to venture further into the 4.xghz

i would not reccomend it. i do not run swifetch peltier, but i can say that my own 226 barely keeps me below ambient.

additional considerations:
you'd need a bigger rad, preferably a 360x120mm, since my own 240x120mm solution barely keeps my coolant temps below 40C with 115 CFM fans on there at full power. that single rad is too small.

you need a dedicated 12V PSU to run it. not only are those supplies fairly expensive, you need space to mount it.

you probably need a bigger pump. with all the added heat from the peltier, water heats up very quickly inside of the block, and you need to keep that hot side below 40C for optimal opperation.
