Swiftech peltier addition?

Is there an adapter kit available anywhere that would let me attach a cold plate and Peltier to my Swiftech 5000 waterblock? I've read references to something called the 5000-PT, but I can't find any pics of it. The only blocks I can find are ones that attach through the holes in the motherboard rather than the clips that the 5000 uses. Also I was wondering if a single Meanwell 320watt PSU could power both a 226watt peltier and an 80watt peltier.
