Swiftech MCW6000-P for AMD 64?

I have a swiftech MCW6000-P water block for my P4 and I'm thinking about getting an AMD 3200+ Venice chip. Can I still use this block for the AMD and just need to buy the SK8 kit to hold the new CPU down?
 
you are correct, you just need the new retention hardware.

as noted above, it is a good block, and that is a very cool-running processor.
 
Excellent. I'm enjoying the block on my P4 and it's keeping it very cool 30 idle and 33 max load
