the Swiftech MCW5000-64 is damn near IMPOSSIBLE to mount on my DFI LP.

the springs on it must be too big or the screws are too small because no matter how much i try i cant seem to push down hard enough to get it to catch on the threads of the plate under the mobo.

i ended up using the stock screws that came in the mobo (without the springs of course) because they were JUST long enough and they give enough pressure to spread the AS5 well enough.

BTW. im not in any way weak. theres an aluminum tube that goes over the screw to limit it to 35 pounds of pressure. i went over to an electronic scale i have and put it on a shelf and pressed down as hard as i was with the screwdriver. 120 pounds of pressure would be plenty when 35 is the max, wouldnt you think so?

anyway. all is good now :D
