swiftech mcr320 thread compatibility

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if G1/4 threads are compatible in the 1/4 npsm threads of the mcr320 radiator. I order the rad from newegg and in their description it said 3/8 npt threads and I get the radiator and it has those new 1/4 npsm threads so the 3/8 npt right angle plastic barbs I orderd for it don't fit.

The older Swiftech radiators had 3/8" threads, and the newer ones have 1/4".

No. 1/4 BSPP (G 1/4") has 19 threads per inch. 1/4" NPSM has 18 threads per inch.

You didn't understand what I said....

Earlier models of the MCR-220 and MCR-320 used 3/8" fittings, and the new models use 1/4" fittings. I wasn't talking about different types of 1/4" threads. I have both types of MCR-220 radiators in my possession. One uses 3/8" and the other uses 1/4".
