These were pretty hard to find recently because of legal issues (at least for me). Ncix has them back in stock I'm gonna see if I can fit a h320 in my corsair 500r and get one, the sell my h100. This may be old news but I don't see anything mentioning it so just wanted to out this out there.

Because you're linking to the canadian site, and swiftech hasn't pulled the H220 out of the canadian market like they did in the US due to patent claims.

You won't find them on ncix.us...

Sidewinder shows the same "Email Me When Back in Stock" button I've been seeing for weeks?

This is not accurate, or at least no longer accurate. I bought a Swiftech H220 at the beginning of September from NCIX U.S. for delivery to California. I received it last week.
From their web description it appears that they may be transferring stock from their Canadian warehouse to their U.S. warehouse as needed. So anyway, they are presently available in the U.S. from NCIX.
Here is the link where I bought mine: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=79583

As of the time of this post, it still shows as in stock.

It's interesting that the H320 is only ~9.5% better @ cooling the 3930K (in Swiftech's testing) then the H220 while costing ~11.9% more..While I would rather pay the difference since it is line with performance increase, it really makes me wonder how well these kits can cool the additional heat load (175-250W) of an upper mid-range GPU..I personally think the pump is just too weak, but I haven't tried it myself..
