Swiftech H20-120 PREMIUM

Why don't you just buy the parts separately instead of buying a kit and then changing the parts? The kit is $150, the GTX is $75, and the GTX120 is another $75, so now you're up to $300.

How about this:

Now you've got a dual rad and the upgraded cpu block.
 
I wouldn't get the GTX. The top is made out of aluminum, and, although it is coated to prevent corrosion, it is always better to just completely avoid the material. Just get a GT if you are going to buy parts separate.
 
why buy a kit when u want to change the parts that come with anyways ..... :rolleyes:

Aluminum topped blocks are completely safe if used with a little knowledge and use the proper pre-cautions............:eek: I just this weekend pulled apart one of my systems that's been running PolorFlo TT blocks from the day they came out and the inside of the tops looked like new. If you have the cash for a GTX, go ahead and get it, it's a good block, performs slightly better than the GT version.
 
Ive seen people put their water blocks in vinegar, does that help, ive never done that and havent had a problem with my two systems been running for a year and a half.
 
oh and i don't want to use dual 12cm radiator cause that means i have to mod my tj-09, i could use 2 single 12cm radiator but the E6300 doesn't need that much cooling even with overclocking. The tj-09 offers excellent airflow so supplying air for the radiator wont be a problem i just want to use as little as necessary and have a clean look that the pump/reservoir that the h120-120 offers to get at least a 500mhz over clock. The pump that comes with the kit gets really good reviews and the radiator does to bu i have seen radiators perform better than the "quiet power" that comes with the kit. But i do see what you were saying on just buying the parts separate i can not find the pump/reservoir combo that comes with the kit anywhere.

It removes the layer of copper oxide on the waterblock, which helps heat transfer, and makes for a shinier surface :).

With the H20-120 kit I could easily see you hitting 3.2-3.3 (if your chip can) without getting into the 60s.
 
Dang, so i couldn't add a 2900 later on to the loop? I would have to get a bigger radiator right?
