sweat on cpu

today i found old dell computer with a intel p3 866mhz
while i was taking it out. a little of my sweat went on the pins of the cpu. now its dry and i see those water dry marks on the cpu. can my sweat damage the cpu? the cpu is in working condition...i think :confused: ... so i gotta check it out but i gotta know if sweat can killl a cpu..
