OK, I have three machines. Lets call them A, B, and C. I bought a new mb/cpu/memory set for machine A. I want to take the mb/cpu/mem from A and move it to machine B. Take the guts out of B and put them in C. Take the guts from C and use them in another build.
Hard drive in A is dual boot XP and Vista Business. B is XP and C is Vista Business.
As you can guess, I have been having troubles and am now stuck. I gave up and was going to reinstall Vista on C and it is still having troubles. Vista install always hangs.
I have swapped power supplies, memory, ect. Usually get a quick blue screen and then machine reboots.
Anyone give me some ideas or words of wisdom?
