I have a Vantec Stealth 92mm on my SP 94. And the temperature is pretty high then I wanted it. The Vantec Stealth is on 90% speed at like 1600 ish rpm. If I were to swap it with a Panaflo, how much improvement will I see from the temperature? Or I should just stick with the Stealth?

The temps on the ic7-max3 report high.

When I was using stock cooling on my 2.8c, my temps were 54-62c, I switched over to an sp-94 w/ a 92mm panaflo h1a with as3 and my temps are now 44-52. The only reason that it gets that high is that I have the bios set to keep the fan on low until the temp hits 51c.

well yea u should notice a big difference
ur stealth is rated to push 28 CFM while the low panaflo is rated to push 42.7 CFM

Try using a nice quiet 80mm fan, IMO it works better with the SP94........I have tested it and works great if your into a very quiet setup.......

just my 5cents.....

I'll get annoyed if its a tornado fan. Something much less then that is fine. Panaflo isnt really that loud right? how loud is 35 Db?

35 db is pretty loud if you are used to stealth (20db)

I started with a Tornado, then some 30db 92mm fan, then to stealth... never thought of going back.

maybe you can use tornado with a rheostat aka potentiometer

that turns down the voltage, which drops the rpm which drops noise level along with CFMs
