We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hello,

I was having a problem with windows vista and i swapped hd's. I did a new install of vista on the second hd and I'm trying to access my personal folder of the original hd but it's saying i don't have permission to access it. I would like to access that hd because i have all my website files on there.

It sounds like you didn't use the same username / password combo as before. You'll have to go into the Security properites of the user directories and take ownership of them, before you can access them.
