I just finished putting together my cooling/lighting system for my new computer on svc and realized they don't ship to military overseas addreses. Anyone know any other websites with the kind of election and prices they have?
 
Maybe not that kind, but I know Newegg.com ships to military locations and overseas. They are pretty good about doing that.
 
You could also try Jab-tech.com They ship to some countries but I couldn't find which but you could email them??
 
Pretty sure Xoxide ships to apo/fpo too, and has a decent selection of water cooling items. :)
 
Id be damn careful,

If you shipo it to me, i will ship it to you, but thats the only way i can think of, and dont even bother wiht lights, if you were get some leds and after that, get resistors so you can manually do it, as it will save money, time, and blown ccfl tubes
