Surge supressor question...

How is Furman Sound M-8X as a surge supressor? It's on sale so I can get it cheaper then my original go to, Tripp Lite ISOBAR8ULTRA.

I'd be careful with a cheaper version. Tripp Lite may be cheaper than some, but they've got a good warranty and perform great. Do your research on the Furman via google. Search for "Furman m-8x reviews" or something like that. I'm not sure how much feedback you'll get here. I haven't met many surge suppressor enthusiasts lately.

Both are garbage*, get a non line-interactive UPS.


*All surge protectors are useless for anything beyond "making more outlets"
