Looking to get a surge protector but i'm confused on what I need.

My system:

Phenom 2 x4 920
gtx 260 /216
antec 630w earthwatts
4gb ram
1 HDD
4 fans, with blue LEDs
acer 22" LCD monitor

any suggestions would be great.

you need one with pretty blue leds!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes: For real you really need a ups device not a surge suppressor It will protect not only spikes but drops as well they do more damage anyway. it would also provide the computer the time to shut down and not power down running a really bad deal for hard drives and such as data corruption and other related problems such as drive platter damage.
this would be decent: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16842101344

Lol. yes pretty blue LEDs only please  j/k

But the one you linked, only has an output of 200watts? wouldn't that be way too weak.
