Anyone familiar with this server and have managed to get the fan speed control to work?
I tried the fan in both the cpu plug and the system plug, but no matter what setting I put in the bios, the fan is always running at full speed. I'd like it to run at low speed and only speed up if the temp gets higher. The fan is over 9000 rpm. (no, really!) I'm hoping I can get it to idle at like 4000 or something.
