Supermicro X9SCM-F and VMWare thread info

Haven't gotten to it yet, I'm pulling apart my starter host and parting out.
I also have Openfiler, Poweredge, and Netapp gear off my DC's ewaste pile that's finally dead.
Time to prune dead branches from my starting phase.

Started ICM class last Thursday.
They're using 5.1 with 3 dedicated hosts + shelf per 2 students, so I figure sometime this week I can get off my 5.5 home lab and use theirs.

Will post when I get everything cleaned up.

Added the link for 2.1

Somebrains have you updated yet?

I installed 2.1 last night I don't see any adverse effects and everything appears normal. If anything it seems my benchmarks on nappit are higher..

New IPMI Firmware is also out.

Code:
Firmware File Name: SMT_X9_319.zip
Size (KB): 11,500
Firmware Revision: R 3.19

That I can't swear to, but the E3 xeons (not sure all of them, btw!) support vt-d, as do x9-scl/scm. I already got bitten by the E31220 NOT having hyperthreading - don't remember if it also didn't do vt-d.
