Hello all!

I have a question about a strange beeping problem with my supermicro X8Dal-i. Two days ago, when I started my machine, there were double beeps.
Normaly when I started it, there were only two beeps, now there were two first and two second ones. That means four beeps at start-up.
Does any have any ideas what could be wrong? I went through the manual, and it didnt say anything about this.
I have two 5530 ES processors and 24 gb of ram. The only new change is, that I added two sticks of 8gb 10600 ram. But that was a month ago.

Can anyone help me? :(

Did you try removing the new modules and or reseating them allong with the old ones?
If that doesn't work try removing stuff from the mobo systematically like addon boards and sata cables so go bare minimum. If it works then start adding ONE thing at a time so it's easier to pinpoint what causes the problem.

Good luck
