Hi all,
I have two of these cards, purchased from the same ebay seller about a year apart.
The first card has worked flawlessly (touch wood) for the last year.
The other card I only just pulled out of the box today to ensure it worked before I start my upgrade.
First thing I noticed was the pci bracket was different, it fit in perfectly and was solid rather than slotted (in both ways different to the original one I purchased) - the newer card is marked on the back as having 1.22.01.00-IT.
Next up the card doesnt show up at boot up time and all of the lights on the controller are on all the time.
I have tried this card in 2 motherboards (including the motherboard and slot that my original l8i is working in) - same problem.
I have contacted SM and the seller but hoping someone here has seen this before.
