This is a 2U, 4 node server chassis. It has 2x 1400W Gold redundant power supplies and each server node contains 2x AMD Opteron 6300 eight core CPUs and an Intel 4 port 1Gb network card. This is a grand total of 64 cores! Each node has 3x 3.5" hard drive bays up front and 4x 500GB WD RE SATA drives are included. I'm also including 2x 2.5" drive bays as well. RAM not included.

Server works excellent as a VMware or Hyper-V host or I'd imagine Nutanix CE (though I haven't tried it).

Bump for a great HP switch... That one is a rebranded 3COM and has a transferable lifetime warranty...
 
Tempting, especially with the price of 16 core CPUs on ebay. You could max this out to 128 cores for around $300 :D
