Actually the TTGI model that was on sale at Xoxide, but they're the same thing right?

Well, got it, installed it (that 14cm fan is friggin huge!), and LOVE it, nice and quiet, exactly what I wanted after taht horrid TT Purepower I had installed. Only one problem. It's LONGER than the TT psu, and I had to take out my top exhaust fan! Leaving me with a big gaping hole on the top of my machine. What's out and about that I can use to cover that thing up with that's not going to look absolutely ghetto? Got me an Aspire X-Dreamer II black. Thanks guys.

And thanks again to whoever recommended me this PSU a few months back, it was worth every penny!

450 Watter for 55 bucks. I think the 550 is about 85 or so. Killer deal on a nice looking, cool running and quiet modular PSU if you're not going SLI anytime soon.

I was just curious since I have the 550w. Anyway so what material is the case at that point again?

Aspire X-Dreamer II is a Steel case. I was thinking of going by Home Depot, picking up some black wire mesh and stretching that underneath the opening with the original grill cover on top holding it in with the screws. I'll get back with the results in a bit.

Buddy of mine gave me a great idea actually... Took the top panel off, rotated it 180 degrees and the fan fit fine! Had to do a little bit of bending to the grooves, took out a bunch of screws (which I didn't bother putting back) but my top exhaust fan is back in, hell yeah!
